Written by Charlie Plybon | Jul 28, 2014 7:24:41 PM

Join us Saturday August 9th from 10am-2pm at Oaks Bottom Refuge Sellwood Park for a Barefoot Wine Rescue Cleanup, Restoration and Celebration event! The cleanup and restoration will follow with a live musical performance by Haley Johnsen!

The Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project, now in its eighth year, helps keep
beaches, rivers and lakes across America “barefoot friendly.” In 2014, Barefoot
Wine and the Surfrider Foundation, along with community volunteers, are
embarking on a tour of 15 cleanups nationwide, stopping in Portland, OR.
Following the cleanup, volunteers 21+ are invited to attend a Surfrider-hosted
celebration featuring Barefoot Wine, surf-inspired fare and a live musical
performance by Haley Johnsen.
