Please join us at Pioneer Square on Sat, March 27 from 1-3pm to do some Ban the Bag petitioning. We will have extra shirts and clipboards for volunteers that show up and the forecast is calling for sunny weather! Ban the Bag is Portland Chapter's campaign to ban the single use plastic bag in Portland. Eliminating plastic bag consumption will help prevent marine debris, protect wildlife, promote use of reusable bags, and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels.
