Surfrider Portland put together a video in collaboration with Hyperion Media showcasing the annual Otter Rock & Roll youth surf competition. Each year we have kids of all ages come compete in a amateur surf comp to win prizes, medals, and bragging rights. Every year we have seen more and more involvement.
